The Flurraby website and Store is hosted by Squarespace inc. They provide Flurraby with the online e-commerce platform that allows Flurraby to sell our products to you.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order on Flurraby website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will take place only when we dispatch the products you have ordered from us.
Flurraby can not be held liable for any consequential loss of profit due to order amendment or cancellation or non supply for any reason.
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We cannot guarantee that the price and availability of products shown is accurate at the time you place your order. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. In the event that the products are unavailable or mispriced, we will inform you as soon as possible to cancel the contract and refund you if any sum has been paid by you. Flurraby has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. All Sizes and weights in the descriptions of products are approximate.
We do have the right to change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
In order to contract with Flurraby you must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted are intended as a guide only and may vary according to availability. Whilst Flurraby will take all reasonable steps to ensure that estimated delivery times are met, time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract. Flurraby will not be held liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused, or accept any liability whatsoever for delays caused by events beyond our control whether from carriers or suppliers or force majeure.
Refunds
If you wish to return an unwanted product or your entire order then under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges Regulations 2013) Flurraby is happy to refund you on the return of the item. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.
You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods and return the item within 14 days of contacting us. If the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose then the cost of return postage will be refunded. In all other circumstances, the return postage costs are payable by the customer.
In order to return goods, please email hello@Flurraby.com with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
